RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Customer has a period of 5 calendar days from the date of receipt to report a return of goods. The shipping costs for the return of goods to the premises of PRO KENNEX s.r.l. and the shipping of new products purchased as replacements shall be borne by the Customer if the return is requested for personal reasons or due to incorrect sizes or else is borne by PRO KENNEX s.r.l. when a product defect is ascertained. All products must be returned with original packaging and wrapping and, in particular:<\/p>\n

RACKETS<\/u> \u2013 must bear all the characteristics of a new racket, must never have been used, must have their plastic covering and must not have any type of accessory (weights, overgrip or grip change) fitted;<\/p>\n

ACCESSORIES<\/u> (balls, bags, grips, overgrips, anti-vibration devices) \u2013 all such products must be returned with original packaging or with the packaging in which the items were received from the Seller and must not show any signs of wear, staining or depressurisation (in the case of ball tube[s]).<\/p>\n

Please Note: All refunds for or returns of Orders and the subsequent credits or coupon creation is solely for the cost of the products and does not include the shipping.<\/p>\n

REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Refunds are made within 14 calendar days, in accordance with the method of payment made at the time of Order placement. In the event of a return, a refund will only be made once the goods have been received by the Customer and their integrity has been ascertained.<\/p>\n

– CREDIT CARD and BANK TRANSFER: for refunds via Bank Transfer, we will need your IBAN;<\/p>\n

– PAYPAL: refunds are made via PAYPAL.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n
